Long Black

This is a drink based on a Ristretto and diluted with water. It looks so much like an americano, however the basis is different and therefore a different coffee drink.

Workflow
Brew ratio: The ratio between Ristretto and water is aimed to be 1:3-5.

​

Expert tip: The water that is added to the Ristretto should not be boiling. Anything less from 90 degrees celsius is best.
