Ice Espresso Tonic
The Espresso Tonic has a different character than the Coffee Tonic and is also a very tasty summer drink.

The basics are the same. Use a light roast fruity coffee and a high quality tonic.
Preparation:
Fill a 200ml glass with ice cubes.
Add 100 - 150 gr. of tonic (choose your favourite one)
Add 40 gr. of espresso (use a light roasted fruity coffee, like a washed Ethiopian)
