Flat White

A flat white is an espresso based drink with added milk.

 

The ratio between espresso and milk is 1:2 - 3.

It also has a small layer of milk foam, which allows baristas to apply some latte art.

 

This coffee drink has a less milk in comparison with a cappuccino. It will therefore bring the taste of espresso more forward.
